Television

Wow. Look at that giant bulldog in the hospital with all his medical bills taken care off. I wonder who his lawyer is.

Television advertising depends on attracting a large volume of cases. Some firm s that advertise on television take their legal responsibilities very seriously almost to compensate for having to advertise on Television. Then some seem to go all the way and settle cases as fast as possible. They aren’t scaring the insurance adjusters. The insurance adjuster’s are doing little dances when they hear they’re on the case.

So what to watch out for. One lawyer assigned to your case. A non-dedicated litigation department. A semi-hidden revulsion when you ask what their firm’s policy on appeals is.

The upside of course is resources . This media generally deals with personal injuries which are horrendously expensive to try.

Bankruptcies and DUI’s can frequently be advertised on television. Perhaps, bankruptcy is the most appropriate because it tends to be a routine practice. Volume improves efficiency, but  if you want more personal attention then television bankruptcy advertiser may not be for you.
